SENIOR LAB ANALYST

The ideal candidate should:

1. Have at least 3 years experience matured in a cGMP quality control laboratory
2. Have a first degree in Chemistry
3. Be fluent in English and Italian

Experience in the validation of analytical methods according to the current ICH guidelines will be considered an asset.

Main Tasks
Reporting to the QC Manager and working in a young and challenging environment, the incumbent will be responsible for

1. coaching a team of analysts
2. performing analytical release testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished drug substance in a cGMP regulated environment
3. executing product testing involving HPLC, GC, IR, IV, Polarimeter, loss on drying, sulphated ash, water content, tapped density, particle size, titrations and heavy materials and others
4. performing validation of analytical methods according to ICH guideline
5. compiling reports and analytical data as for cGMP rules
6. calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment and others
