Engineer/Project Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, the chosen applicant’s responsibilities will include:-
- Assist to plan, coordinate supervise and monitor progress of projects.
- Adhere to quality control policy, specification standards, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with project team and interface with client, consultant, sub-contractor and suppliers.
- Attend meetings and generate reports to the management on works progress
- Work closely with management to control project budget, manpower mobilization to enable work completion on time and with high quality.
- Standardizing process across the business.
- Developing relationships with the internal and external customers.
- Forecasting future business opportunities.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position. Exceptional experience may offset academic achievements.
- Possess good analytical skills, proactive, innovative and enjoys challenges.
- Sound project management techniques.
- Aptitude for influencing others, good leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in both Maltese and English spoken and written.
Electricians
Applicants for the position of Electricians will need to hold a valid electrical license ‘A’ and/or ‘B’ and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, must have excellent communication skills, be smart in appearance, able to work under pressure, fluent in both Maltese and English spoken and written.
