Responsible for Civil and Mechanical works.

Preferred:

Minimum of 3 years mechanical supervision and installation experience on major or large project environment.

Project experience in an oilfield service company. Able to plan, control and take responsibility for own work.

Computer literate.

Be able to demonstrate hands on activities.

Must have competent supervisory, communication and organizational skills, to liaise effectively internally and externally with an ability to work in a team environment and exercise initiative to resolve potential problems.

Must be able to understand the variety of people and business cultures in different areas of the business and respond to them accordingly.

Proven leadership qualities.

Duties:

• Quality control and supervisory control of installed mechanical and civil works

• Control project principles, theories and concepts and quality assurance of site installations activities

• Coordinate the cost analysis activities

• Estimate and financial analysis

• High level planning advice

• Manage client expectation

• May be required to travel to other company sites

Responsibilities:         

• Preparation of quality and accuracy of project reports

• Ensuring job reports and project histories are recorded

• Producing complex engineering and construction schedules

• Managing and controlling the designated area in the management of projects measured against the agreed service levels and within the prescribed budget

• Communication of appropriate information at all levels, to both the client and in house maintenance teams

• Ensures that all works are compliant and within the auspices of relevant Health and Safety regulations

• To report on and check quality and productivity

• Meetings with colleagues and clients were necessary
