GENERAL MANAGER - OUTSIDE CATERING

General Manager - Outside Catering - A Hands On, well groomed middle aged person is sought to organize and run one of Malta's most prestigious and renowned independent operations.
The selected individual must have worked up the ranks to management level where he must have at least 3 years experience. He must be capable of motivating a large group of permanent and casual staff and in this regard his approach is expected to be mature, hands on and not remote. He must be exemplary in his attitude and be positive, firm, trusting and honest. He must operate to high standards attained consistently.
The successful person will have excellent customer care skills combining an efficient way of communicating and capable of handling all queries, complaints and compliments. He must have a good head for business and must be knowledgeable about administrational matters since besides controlling staff costs he will be overseeing a busy function booking office.
