Our client is a family run restaurant, established for the past 7 years and very popular with locals and tourists.  They are seeking to recruit an ASSISTANT CHEF working a 5 day week, 40/48 hours/week.  The chosen candidate would ideally have worked a min. of 2 years in a similar position within an a la carte restaurant or Hotel Restaurant.
