Job Description:
Playing a central support role
within the sales and marketing
department, you will be responsible
for varied tasks such as issuing
invoices, coordinating various
parties to meet deadlines, advert
bookings, handling insertion orders,
organizing advertising slots,
implementing online advertising
campaigns and general clerical
duties.
You must have strong organizational
skills and a smart, efficient
approach. Your standard of spoken
and written English must be
excellent and you should enjoy
interacting with others. You must be
proficient in Word and Excel as well
as in Internet and email use.
Knowledge of the IT sphere and/or
prior experience in accounting
and/or handling ad bookings will be
considered an asset.
