CMIS in association with MHCS Ltd.
MHCS has a successful 15 year track record as a Recruitment Agency. The most recent development within the company is its partnership with CMIS - Singapore who are providers of selected and qualified staff that range from domestic carers to medical and specialist staff. Each employee signs an agreement with CMIS - Singapore before leaving Singapore, by which they accept the terms and conditions in respect of their employment in Malta.
Malta’s employment policy gives preference to local staff over foreigners, however, if subsequently, no local personnel can be found to fill the post the authorities will consider a request for the employment of a non-Maltese national.
MHCS – CMIS will help you at every step of the way towards finding the right person to fill the position you have available and the following can be used as a guide of the procedures:

As directed by ETC, an advert may also need to be placed in the Newspaper at a cost to the employer.
- Should the results of this search prove negative, we will commence our search from among foreign candidates and will present you with descriptions of candidates for you to select from. The selection process will be facilitated by a telephone interview of preferred candidate and candidates’ descriptions will be accompanied with references from any previous employers all of which will be checked.
